Motohaus - Exceelent service and response

Just a quick post on excellent service from Motohaus Powersports Ltd |Motorcycle Accessories & Luggage

I purchased some Keis heated soles on 31 Dec 2010. Only put them back in this year in early Jan 12 as its been mild.

Problem - no heat - tested the leads and all OK, eventually peeled open one of the soles to find the elements had shorted out.

So sent Motohaus some photos on Sunday evening saying they'd shorted but were now just over 12 month from purchase, so didn't really expect too much. Anyway had email reply on the Monday to send them back and a new set would be sent out. Duly posted them on the Tuesday and by Thursday had a new set delivered by royal mail!

The new ones are thicker, so maybe protecting the elements a little more.

Don't think you could ask for more.
