As an aside, I was staring across the loch on the way to the west today --
Never been to Rattagan ( on the road to Glenelg ). It's a dead end but looks to have plenty off road spurs leading into the hill.

Anybody up for it ? - just a day out, no overnighters

Its a good run, stop at the brochs, much up and down towards the end and some spectacular scenery.
