I can't upload pictures either, so you're doing nothing wrong.
You'll be aware we've been having some hacker issues for a while. I suspect that the site is still locked down in the photo department, no doubt Dave will read this and change it if he feels things are better now

send a email to image@imageshack.us
with your picture as a attachment, you will get a email back with the image URL.
NOTE: 1 attachment per email, max 1MB file size. (you can send as many emails as you wish thou).
When you get the email back with the URL, include it as a picture by putting picture_URL
