Last ride before winter break - Col del Lys

Woke up yesterday morning and the weather was horrible, but since it could have been the last ride of the year, I jumped on the AT and headed out with Daniele on the KTM.
Up on the mountain the weather changed really quickly, ranging from sunny to dark gray clouds... beautiful!
As usual a few pics to finish off the season!
    Ciao!

All I can say is thank God that's your last ride of the season...and thank God it's dumping with snow in your neighbourhood today...all your fantastic pictures make me too jealous!

Superb pictures again dude, you're a lucky man living in that part of the world for sure!

Next summer and the Stella Alpina can't come quick enough for me! Although, saying that , I shall be out there to play in the snow soon too

Breeze. A quick explanation: It is peeing with rain here. There are weather warnings for much of the country. Places are suffering storm damage.
My Sunday ride out involved one road completely blocked by a fallen tree but lots of debris strewn across the roads.
And you are out in the mountains in sunshine - we British have a way of dealing with jealousy, and it is to moan about the weather.

Great stuff again Breeze, makes me want to get over there right now. As it stands our trip to the Stella next year is looking good, we have booked our hotel in Bardo for 3 nights and Barftone is planning a route down through Switzerland at this moment.

Sorry to hear the weather is bad over there, I have to admit we're having a really lucky season as it's usually pouring at this time of the year.
I was talking to my mate Daniele last night and we agreed we should try to meet up with those of you who will come down for the Stella next year.
Hope boboneleg, Barftone and Robster will be joined by many others even though it's a long trip!

    Would be excellent Breeze.

You certainly seem to be the man in the know for where the best rides are around there
