Local Lanes - not quite the desert!

These are some of my local lanes - mud, chalky mud, and puddly mud, its all there!!

A proper little puddle, about over axel depth in the middle.

A lonely veiw, on an up hill corner! (Thats what you get for keeping road pressures!)

    Another wonderful corner.

    The easy bit

    Followed by a tricky bit

They are made tricky by the wonderful weather we are having.

    Proper tyres do help though!

All the fun of the fair!!

    Way to go

Just today I went on a short ride to have coffee with a mate and on the way stopped by the entrance of a very muddy section of road, the kind of "clayie" stuff that eats 4WDs for breakfast and that would be be the highlight of my mountainbiking sunday mornings, I hesitated but didnīt go for it

By the way, did you take the fairing off to save weight or was it "forced" out?

    Fairing?

Oh, those bits of blue plastic that live in a poly bag in the garage?

Yep, it was "helped" off on the RH side when I fubar'ed the radiator. Didn't seem much point in puting it back on until I got engine bars, now its on a list of things to do!
