A few pics, trying to explore a bit on a great day

Yesterday I went to the Caramulo, and tried to explore some trails I had never been on before, if I had been on an enduro bike they´ld have been longer, with the Transalp I turned back after a couple of miles each time.

Still, it was a gret day, with great weather, and managed to get the bike dirtyish (meaning I´ll have to clean some spots tonight if I want to ride it to work tomorrow)

    Entrance of first trail

Some not so wild life, I shouted at her to try and get her to look at me for the picture, but she couldn´t care less about it

    Lunch stop

The sky while I was eating my sandwich

    Another trail

And another, this one I enjoyed the most, the dirt was very smooth and made me feel like a riding god from my first powerslide

Not much mud but I made a point of splashing every little puddle I could find, must have looked like a 5 year old kid jumping into the puddles on the way home from school as I reversed and went through a slippery one 4 or 5 times

A last escapade from the tarmac into a grassy area, with a trail that was very slippery with drenched leaves covering it, no pics of that one though, didn´t want to stop in the middle of it.

And my bike, the one Transalp that doesn´t need a sidestand, I swear, no photoshop here

... rain, hail, sleet, electric storms, strong winds...

So when are you going to invite us to Portugal for a guided ride around the area?????

Take a look at my ride reports and it´s all within a day of where I live.

    Consider yourself invited
