    The Whisky Trail

Just thought I’d start the New Year off with a little project – get photo’s of either the AT or the TA in front of the entrances of as many distilleries as possible before the years end. Started today with the following :-

    Glenfiddich - Dufftown http://www.scotlandwhisky.com/distil...de/Glenfiddich

    Macallan - B9102 near Archiestown http://www.scotlandwhisky.com/distil...yside/Macallan

    Glen Grant - Rothes http://www.scotlandwhisky.com/distil...speyside/Grant

I personally don’t drink the “amber nectar”, but it is nice to “nose” a glass when visiting any of the distilleries.

It’s going to be interesting to see how many I manage before 2009 starts.

All a bit of fun and really we all know it’s just another excuse to get on the bike and ride

    Wish me luck

    Steve T

    Re: The Whiskey Trail

I'd like to formally complain about this thread and have it removed immediately!
For those of us who pay homage to the only true amber nectar(the aussies have not a clue) this will be utter mental cruelty. As we are geographically crippled by our locations and the wife and kids we should not be subjected to having to veiw utterly agonising pictures of geographically blessed individuals who carry out the blasphemous acts of entering holy ground and not leaving on their knees after worship.
Now after wiping up the residue of looking at the already posted pictures from my keyboard and desk I hope to have this matter dealt with in a swift and permanent nature. I'm off downstairs now to worship the lucky individuals santa brought down from the highlands and islands to be looked after by my good self.

This item also covers those buggers mooring their land off the west coast of our island who may be quiet and unassumingly smooth but fall into the same category of blatant mental cruelty to those who had no choice in our place of birth. And don't go sneaking in you welsh either,we've stumbled across your offerings as well, the pain would be no less.

Here ends my rant, and remember the saying never look a gift horse up the ass.

    NOT FAIR. I PROTEST.

For this to be a fair contest there needs to be a handicap system in place, seeing as I've got the weekend to fill an album with photo's and you've got all week to do the same!

Rule 1 :- Only pictures taken on weekends or public holidays count towards any total (Which all seems a bit pointless really, as thats when we tend to go for rideouts together anyway!! )

Rule 2 :- Seeing as its my game, I retain the right to make up any rules as and when I feel like (which means that I'm gonna win whatever ).

There's only one rule - and that is THERE'S NO RULES
