Clifden "Sky Road"
So, last Friday the sun was shining and I had nothing better to do but to go and bed in the new rear Anakee on my TA.
Left Galway on the N59 to Clifden. Not too much traffic about, bit early in the season maybe, but there were a surprising number of cyclists. The more rural you get, the more sheep appear on the side of the road. Fortunately they must have had a traffic awareness tlak recently as none of them were in the least bit suicidal - for a change.
Riding through Clifden and out onto the "Sky Road" there's a parking place almost at the highest point with some amazing views. There was also a regatat taking place, apparently -

And a closer shot of some saily boats (Isn't zoom wonderful??)

And from the same vantage point, looking further round we can see this -

and this -

If you follow the Sky Road to the bottom, you get to a really nice beach where someone parked this -

Oh, and the beach is nice too -

And yes, that is my screen in the bottom right hand corner of the frame. Honestly, give a numpty a camera and look what happens.......
So, it doesn't always rain in the West of Ireland.

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?
