I don't know the name or number of that road, or even if it has oneIt's a turnoff to the right when heading towards Clifden when you're gone past Maam Cross. It leads into the National Park and joins up with the road that cuts through from Recess towards Letterfrack.
The rest of you invaders are welcome to spin over anytime, I could either try to make up directions (as above, lol) or am always glad for an excuse to ride out.

Well, that gives me a few pointers. Scurries off to find the copy of map 37 in the Discovery series to try and locate the road.....................I don't know the name or number of that road, or even if it has one

Nope, not map 37 - must be 44, which I don't have.
