    SUNDAY
After a tidy up, we set off for Boulogne.Luckily for me you can not see the tears of sorrow that the weekend is almost over.
We head off and reached and crossed : Over the top the temp went down to 8 Degrees, thanks to my heated grips My hands stayed nice and warm. Unfortunately Jacques did not have that luxury and suffered the chill. We filled up for the last time on french soil and headed to We crossed the channel and France
    England
    Almost home:

As for the Bike it covered the trip with no problems, just the small tank size had us looking for fuel after 160 miles, the most I did between fills was 177 miles and that was with the Panniers on all the time.
I adjusted the chain before leaving Jacques and it needs Adjusting again now.. That means I need a New Chain so I will need to get a C&S set.
Overall the weekend was a great success and it was just a shame no one else was able to make it.

I have just done the calculations and the bike averaged between 47 and 48 MPG, so not too bad considering.
Over 700 miles for the entire trip.

It may take you a while as you do not keep your bikes long enough
