Finally Stops Raining

So today was a lovely day , still a wee bit cold wind but very sunny..


Up into the highlands via the back roads for some good fun..
I was taking it easy as I have a brand new front tyre..

Just a little sandy up towards Ballater but overall the roads are quite clean.. (must be all the rain, recently)

First Run out with my Top box , I recently purchased via @bay.
Top box is a Honda Original with mounting plate, a bargain £50



All Geared up now for doing some weekends away...




Stopped at Braemar for a coffee, It was very busy at the cafe, about 15 bikers, mostly rockets... Sat a while in the sun and chatted to a chap from Laurencekirk...

After a while, got going, zoomed down to Abonye Loch, took some nice pictures, watched the swans and saw a heron. Chatted to some ramblers..
After a pleasant 20 minutes.. headed back for Aberdeen...









Got home , with that Beaming Smile you get when you have had a fantastic day out, the wife had Log fire going and Chilly Dogs (Homemade Chilly) ..

Yip , Great Day Out ..

Yeah I had a Tourance put on the back last year, so last week I got rid of the original TW (it was very worn) ,, got the matching Tourance on the front..

Did 134miles today , and taking it easy. By the time I got back the front had worn in a bit.. And was preforming great...
Roads where dry, with sandy patches..

Yes, we have one of those MultiFuel Stoves.. with glass door.. Logs, Peat and coal .. its great after a ride out...
