Unfortunately Paul-S came a cropper at the start of one of the lanes, although I only heard what happened through a grapevine of about 8 people so as I understood it he either fell off and tried to pick his bike up using hist left testicle or he ran over his own testicle, either way it hurt and he had to turn back for the day

Stan rang me to see if I had his number and I found it eventually and texted to stan,then couldn't get stan to see if he'd got it so I rang paul, he was at the hospital in runcorn. He rang me back later,he was going home,minus the crutches the hospital wanted him to use,riding standing up(as he had done all the way home from wales)to home. He has ruptured an artey or a vein in his groin,didn't say where it was and I didn't ask. but he's home and safe

Tell me young Terry (how are you by the way?), in the vid there are some small wet stones that alll the bikes are really having a problem getting any grip, front or rear, on until they drop into a puddle afterwards. About 3:00 minutes in and 3:26 especially. What the hell are they, it looks worse than ice?

Just the Tricker and a Pegaso Trail, both usually covered in mud

Thanks Terry, it felt like I had three nads after the incident so ended up riding back and home stood up as I could not sit down on the bike and that's a great video of the day
