Ridden: CBF600

Took my FMX for replacement head bearings and was "fortunate" enough to be offered a courtesy bike (first time in 19yrs of riding mind you)

I had the dubious pleasure of a CBF600N.
When reviewers say it is boring they understate the point slighlty

The engine is buzzy (fingers still tingling 6 hrs later) and not particularly powerful or torquey, the seat is really low and the pegs seem quite high so your legs are scrunched up. The bars seem too narrow and are quite far away.

Even though i had it for 4 hrs i was only inspired to do 35 miles on it. Rode it home, parked it, rode it back when finished.

Not my type of bike at all, so nice to be heading home on the FMX (until i got stuck in monsoon type downpours for the second time in two days)

Lets hope they have something more interesting on courtesy duty next time.
