Fantastic report James - especially amused by my apparent sex change at the start.
I loved being walked back through the day, wobble by wobble, and reminded of how grateful I was for the unsolicited protection and to find out what the bloody hell you were doing with that car on the road to Troon.
It's a good event when five days later you still can't stop smiling.

I'm guessing by now that you've realised that that "The North Circular" is cockney slang for "The North Circular" (The north bank side of the smaller circular route that preceded the M25)......
