Guess where I was again today ?

Yep --- for the second weekend running, I went from Skye to Ullapool and back

I was driving back from Skye when my intermediate sibling phoned me " help dad, I've missed the last bus to Ullapool for the Loopalu music Festival --what'll I do ? "

I immediately thought about stoning him, but then I thought ---he'll be travelling light --beautiful afternoon--- that's it --- I'll take him through on the bike. ( After all It's been a while since I was in Ullapool )

A lot more tents obviously, but looks like it will be a good weekend weather wise.

It was very sunny but with isolated gusts of wind which threw me a bit. My son had a large rucksack on his back and I was surprised at how much the wind hit it - especially crossing the Kessock Bridge
Coming back solo was great craic - hardly a car in sight

Ullapool will never be the same again ( until next year's festival )
