    green lanes n fooling about

decided to go for a ride today on local byways and alittle play at end of 1 byway i found a huge heap of tarmac plainings so thought let see what the mighty xr600 is made off

the old girl got up there effortlessly about 20ft high and very steep all round
with the lack of rain and bad weather the byways going through the swamp are very dry and over grown

there is a byway there honist..lol

mid byway didnt get shot sorry folks

even with all the rain we had the other day byways are very dry

lastly the water crossing deeper than i expected pretty much covered the wheels

so that was my fun day today
    cheers carl
oh yea whilst stood here having a fag near thrapston an africatwin went by n waved anyone off here?

I suspect those lanes will have TRO's on them soon, the tarmac plainings will probably be used to 'grade' the lanes.

Done, and there are none within 40 miles worthy of going to.

the longest around here is about 1/4 mile long and just a stoney road.
