Well got up this morning at 0530 had entered Hare n hounds at Grogley woods. HAd to defrost the truck first it was frozen over with ice then loaded up left home at 0645 it was 30 miles away roughly. Thermometer o truck flickering between 0 - 2 degrees all the way got there and it was icy cold on the hands. Not bad though when we go going and you weren't thinking about it being cold. Did 3 1/2 hours managed 8 laps i think allowing for Bananna and breaks and to check fuel, couple of minutes or so every 2 laps.



















It was an ironman event classes were ironman, pairs, father &son. It also started with a 50m sprint over logs to get to the bikes. Temperatures didn't seem to warm up for the day. Now had tea and a bath just waiting for the aches and pains and stiffness to set in now
