Fair point DC I thought that myself but it was sooooo tempting and it was one of those that went from tarmac to gravel and it looked more dodgy to turn round than keep going, but the one with the bike on was only a farm drive

Still on Paracetamol, Diclofenac, and Dihydracodine the last only before bed now, Trying to get off them all TBH but my ribs still hurt at times and I wouldnt like to try and pick the bike up

But when I smile as wide as I did today the only pain was in my Jaw

If your still needing Dihydracodine then you really really need to think twice about taking your bike out on your own. I know it's frustrating but you can't afford to drop / almost drop need to stop and put your foot down in a hurry and have to yank the bike back up if your still in pain. ESPECIALLY GREEN LANING AND OFF ROAD.

It didnt mean to do it I just sort of found this little lane that turned in to a track, will remember it for when I am fully fit crackin views over the Cheshire Plain to Wales and up to Liverpool
