We've just come back from the same area, I'm a bit gutted that we missed that Pont Gard as we were within 1km oh it but passed by

It's a great area for a spot of trail-riding although we did find out that the trails in the Montagne du Luberon are a definite no, no. Lots of 'no entry signs' and a local told us that it's a 150 euro fine if you're caught.

Thanks, Bob. You seem to have had a good time, too! One day I'll have to visit that part of France, although I imagine it'll be by car, not bike ... apart from anything else, I dont like gravel carparks let alone gravel roads.
