    First real ride

Well its been worked on for weeks and it had to given a good ride, had a couple of short blats but wanted to get some miles on the new Ten. Weather forecast was awful, winds and heavy rain...... for the first time in a long time I was looking forward to riding a bike as my feeling was if I can enjoy this bike in this weather then its definately going to be enjoyable on a sunny day.... oh hahahahahahaha!!!

All told it was fabulous.. bit twitchy and Im thinking the rear shocks settings may need looking at... not as plush as the Transalp. Engine is a typical thumper, has a wonderful sound and full of character, pretty pokey when it needs to be. The fairing gives better protection than it looks like it will, and better than the TA really. It has a better seating position for me, and my knackered knee, although for a long journey an airhawk will be a must.
    So its a goody
