hey there , new to forum so bear with just about to put my xl250 back together after a while me and a mate are keen to find some lanes ,were near sherborne ,dorset somerset border, was wondere=ing if if you went to that meet and how you got on.

Can anyone recommend a website that lists all the green lanes in the Dorset area as the Dorset County website has turned up nada?

Finally built up the balls to take my bike for some gentle off roadin, now just gotta find out where

Perhaps Raven could update the initial post to reflect this url?

Yes, I really did sit and manually enter all those lanes into the website *yawn* I shall soon be riding and adding a video to each lane, as I have in East Sussex/Surrey.

I live in a beautiful area of south somerset and altho my partner is just finding his way around on his yammy and getting to feel the wind of his face which is great as hes been a recluse for a fair few yrs, i am finding it difficult to try to find general information on these green lanes for him to have a wonder down.
hes not a youth so he doesnt want to churn up the glorious countryside and hes not clever with groups of people, hes very much a solo rider altho im sure if he found some one with a similar interest he would think about going on a ride with them.
I read here u dont have a problem sharing ur route with anyone and he is a biker he has a yamaha DTR 125 could i ask u if u have any routes for him to go have a look at in our surrounding areas please.
I wwould really appreciate if anyone could help with some places for us to try out. many thanks
