    there is a formula on the side of the bottle that tell you exactly how much you need.. and I calculated it to be like 6.7oz for the rear... so i stuck in the entire 8oz bottle...
    pumped up the tyre to about 3/4 full put it is gear (on centre stand) and spun it for a few seconds... finished the pumping and totaly forgot i used it... great stuff...

    I cant say for slime but i put goop in my tyres sometime ago and the green stuff rotted out my tyre valves as it was in there for quite a long time, although it is supposed to last the life of the tyre. Talking to my local tyre supplier they can supply there own stuff which is supposedly better. I have also seen stuff at the plymouth megaride that was being injected into tyres that turns to a carbon fibre type compound they recond that you could hit a house brick at 90mph and cause no damage, i wouldn't want to try it though. The solution i came up with for peice of mind was to wire in a power socket and carry a 12v compressor for emergencies when we go any distance
