    You know the pink sheet they give you counts as a licence until the card turns up.

    YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

    when he took your provi licence along with your copy of the score card he shouldve given you a peice of paper with 'congratulations etc etc blah blah' that should say on it somewhere its a proof of entitlement until your plastic comes through
