evening all...... just thought i`d let you know that me girl hopped aboard my trusty @ for the first time today ( never even been on a bike before !!) and she loved it in all fairness she didn`t fidget about etc and took to it like a pro. well done i say ! i did get an intercom set to reassure her a bit which worked a treat. had a great time ( only out for approx 2 hours ) but shes already asking when we`re out next........i think shes got the bug ( thankfully...........justifies all the dosh i spend on my trusty steed.) may not be such a big deal to all of you, but shes got a big grin still on her chops by the way, her name is janine !

Congrats to you both mate.

Took my mrs out on mine last year for a short test drive. Went out and bought her some proper gear the following weekend. Had a few weekends away last year, including the big meet at Dartmoor. Looking forward to some more, starting soon we hope, and including a trip to France with some old mates from darn sarf, Kent.

It is a big deal, cos now you gonna have to buy a bigger topbox, some bigger panniers, a better tankbag .......

my @ is silver........didn`t travel that far up. mainly up around caerphilly / blackwood / newbridge area. it was only a `taster` for her. sorry stanbloke can`t make 28th( working ) but will keep an eye on future rideouts in area. cheers.
