Make sure the cameraman keeps the camera rolling if you fall off. You can sell the video and offset it against the cost of new panels

Watch this it explains how to use your body the throttle and rear brake,
I’m not saying I’m any good at it, but this does work

Oh yeah, Alan knows what he's talking about. Partly 'cos of this kind of thing:

The best way of finding out what something feels like when it's going wrong is to give it a go in a safe environment. Ubley has lots of soft ground to land on

That is what happens if you take off with a closed throttle and don't correct it by revving the motor.

DW has another photo somewhere of my CRM near vertical on the table top jump - a result of giving it a big handful as the front was leaving the ground.

If you get a chance, come to an Ubley Drove meet. I think DaveS is looking at moving the next one from 3rd to 10th October. Keep an eye out nearer the time and come and have a play as long as it's not too wet.

Ah, but you missed me on the grassy bend where I was going faster and faster trying to find the limit of traction - and then found it

I'd love to as long as the tourances don't get swamped. Ahh, screw it, I'll do it regardless. More fun if it's wet?

Tourances will probably limit the bits you'll be able to tackle there if it's wet. You'll be fine on the table top jump as the approach is flat and it's flat the other side too. I managed to get around on my RD04 in slightly damp conditions with TKC80's but wouldn't like to try it on Tourances as some bits are a bit steep and you really need the traction.
