As far as I am aware, the only powered 2-wheeler you can ride on the road is an electric bike, though probably not what you want??

Question Re: 14 years old. can i ride a bike?

That raises an interesting question: Do you need a motorcycle license to drive one of those on the road? It looks like a motorcycle, but doesn't sounds like one..... is it actually an electric bicycle? Does anybody know what differentiates a motorbike from an electric bicycle in the eye's of the law? Will I ever get round to doing some work today? And how many ?'s can I ask in one posting?

ps: Okay, so it was just one question, was it?

An electric pedal cycle that you can use without a licence is limited to 280 Watts (about a third of a horsepower) and only provides electrical assistance when the pedals are in use.

did you want to ride it on the road or are you looking for an off road bike that you can ride on private land.

If your looking for something to ride on the road your too young, you need to be 16 before you can sit your CBT and ride a motorbike on the road

If it's for private land then what do you want to do with it, do you want to just learn how to operate and move around on it or are you looking for a trail type bike that you can thrash around and have some fun off road.

Let us know a bit more about what your looking for and we can come up with some suggestions.
