    Dangers of an Airhawk seat!

    Two so far:

    1. Too much air squeezes yer nadgers. Hot weather makes them inflate, the seat that is....

    2. They are damned dangerous off roading. I had my front end washout today in a deep watersplash and as I stuck my LH foot down, the bloody Airhawk slipped off ..... by the time I realised what had happened there was nothing there for support except deeper water, so my foot went even deeper and I accepted a boot full of water!

Just managed to hold the TA, gee it was heavy!

you're forgetting using it under-inflated feels like you're sitting on a well soiled nappy for hundreds of miles.

Are you sure you weren't actually sitting on a well-soiled nappy for hundreds of miles, Richard?!

cookingfat@xrv used a small inflatable cushion when we went round France in Spring 09. How good it was, I leave to him to tell you, apparantly it was better than sitting on the TA seat any longer towards the end of a very long day...

Gel seats are cheap in fleabay I am told.

Just used mine on TLD and it was a god-send, just under 1500 miles and no sore arse... back, legs, shoulders, wrists and calfs are killing me, is there a Airhawk for them?
