Nah you don't have to pay the full ammount m8, just a deposit then pay the rest when you get there (and you know how long you will be staying)

I think someone should update the calender (in instructions) as I just spent 1 hours going through the other 56 page thread about the national , thinking that we could just turn up on the day .

I am I right to say you Must phone and fill out form and pay deposit ...

done it, filled instructions with an edited copy of craigs post. it wouldnt let me paste the whole thing so i hope its clear enough

You can not just turn up on the day ..

It would be best if you could telephone to confirm you will be there.

If a few don't then i don't for one minute imagine you will be turned away, we'll fit you in somewhere but to be on the safe side and secure yourself a space then make the call

Sorry about that m8, i was originally told that was the case, no deposit and just turn up. Then upon returning they wanted a deposit etc so had to go along with it, didn't want to start arguing and possibly lose the booking and make XRV look bad in the process.
