It looks like I still need a operation on my leg and its going to be a while before I can take on the Adventure photography contracts that I had been hoping to take on this year. Instead Im having to retrain in studio photography and I'm going to be in N.Y all of this month learning cinematography skills. I'm self employed and without the help of my supporting girlfriend I would be in deep doo doo's by now. I had hoped for an insurance payout by now but alas I am still waiting. My case is about to go to court and I'm hopeful that the outcome will compensate me for my lost earnings. Anyway bottom line is until my situation improves I can't afford to take on such luxuries as a new toy I don't want to loose my deposit and am looking for someone to take my order on. I have ordered the full extras list. including centre stand, abs, heated grips, on board computer and white lenses.
All being well I will be back on track and will be able to afford new toys again by this time next year!

Cost of bike = £6695
Heated grips= £195
ABS= £510
Computer = £115
Mainstand = £85
White lenses= £25
Alarm = £140
Deposit Paid by me and need back = £500
Balance due to dealer £7265.00
At the moment the dealer is offering me finance for the bike and said contact them nearer the delivery date (mid April) in the mean time here is a chance to take on my order and jump to the front of the waiting list.
Saw something similar on the UKGSer forum (unless it was you and I didn't realise) and the bloke was inundated with people offering more money than it cost to take over the order. Have you tried there?
3 Africa Twins/280,000 miles. If it's happened to one of mine, it's gonna happen to one of yours.....eventually.
1 Varadero/17,000 miles ridden (of 40,000 miles on the bike), it's all still new to me!
