xr 125 06 For Sale Off Road Ready

Selling my xr 125 as I've done my big test and have already bought a bigger bike. Lady owner, light trail use only, 2300 miles ish, well maintained, regular oil changes etc, new continental twinduro tyres, acerbis handguards, renthal bars.

This bike has never let me down, starts on the button everytime, so reliable and low seat height. Sad to let it go...it's also on ebay.

Hi Rob, can't quite remember how much they were but I was advised to get continental twinduros (by some very helpful guys on this site) and they work a treat..lovely in the mud and good on the road too.

Now this is a sore subject!!

I bought a 98 XR 250 Baja to tide me over.....and we've had a serious falling out...just doesn't suit me at all...so I'll be selling that...as well as the xr 125!

All I wanted from the begining was a crf 230 but haven't been able to find the right one second hand, sooooo I'm fed up with making do with the wrong bike and as soon as I sell these two, I'm going to buy a new crf!

And then.........I'm planning a bike trip to Majorca in September so I'm looking for something to do that on too...something 600ish...an xt maybe!!? Any ideas, I want something that I can do more adventure trips on...

What do you ride? Do you ride off road?

I ride a Transalp, love it too.

I am looking to get a couple of XR's either this year or next I'll get a 450 and my hubbie will get a 600

The bigger XR's are quite tall aren't they, I had a sit on Mudwiz's and I couldn't get my feet on the floor and I'm 5ft 8

I do a little bit of green laning but nothing serious unless Mudwiz gets me drunk and then I agree to allsorts.

And I dislocated my knee last year turning in a corridor and it kept giving out and popping which really hurt so I had surgery 4 weeks ago to fix it.
