RD04 rear axle spacers

Does anyone have right and left side rear axles spacers from a RD04 that they would like to sell? The part numbers are 42311-KS5-000 and 42312-MV1-000.

Those parts are common to lots of other models too.

First one, 42311-KS5-000, replaced by 42311-MAY-000:

Can't a US Honda dealer order them from the part numbers? The UK dealers are able to get all sorts of stuff for obscure imports as long as you give them a part number.

None of those part numbers are available in the US.
