Racks for ally panniers on a TA '01/'00 650

Anyone out there got for sale or know where I can get 1 or 2 sets of pannier racks to fit aluminium boxes without remortgaging the house? Also some fittings. I'm in the process of knocking up some boxes with the help of a local fab shop but the thought of making racks is a step too far.

I also need to ditch the Kappa pannier rack if anyone needs one. I'm fairly sure that Givi boxes fit it. There are 2 top-opening Kappa boxes with it too - one of them needs a new lock.
