When I had the new wheels done I took this off the old rim and it was too narrow to fit the 3.5" rim I now have (hence the entire lack of chicken strips!)

It has prob about 1k - 1.5k miles left and can be yours for a tenner (you gotta collect) but for that, it will get you through an MOT and then some.
