Panniers - Hard/Soft

Hi,

I'm looking for a set of panniers for a luggage solution for my AT. I can't afford the price of new hard panniers, but if anyone has a set they want to pass on as second hand, I'm open to offers.

That goes for soft panniers too. Though they don't have to be particularly expensive even brand new so I may go for a new set if I have to go the soft pannier route.

I have a set of soft you could have for a very small fee - black, throwovers sitting in my shed given to me by my dad when he quite bikes a few years ago.
