    Re: rd03 bits.

Good to know is that the centre stand for the RD04 will also fit your bike.
I know this since I installed an OEM RD04 stand on my RD03.

Honda still can provide you with the RD04 centre stand, and they are cheaper than the RD03 stand for some reason.
Funny since the RD04 stand comes with a handgrip to assist when pulling the bike on to the stand. This grip can not be installed on the RD03.
    They never had any handle.
Several suppliers both in the UK and in Holland can deliver these items cheaper than Honda. And it should be a lot easier to find a second hand RD04 centre stand. (RD07 will not fit)

Headlight protectors from Honda for the RD03 is difficult to find, try different ebay sites from France or Italy were these bikes were more common.
OEM Honda light protectors or grilles were black, although I have seen a white version in a sales prospect, but I think the white one were never produced. SO do not try and find a white one.

Engine bars can be bought new from severall suppliers.

I had Riky Cross on mine that I bought second hand. I was told that they originally came of an RD04. I can not confirm this to be true though.
But it could be worth to check if you can use the RD04 bars. This could help you to find a bigger selection of second hand parts. (RD07 bars will not fit without severe modifications, including cutting and welding)

    Re: rd03 bits.

There were some standard size black screens on ebay recently for £29

As for exhaust I may have a spare soon, I'll know once I put my newly refurbished Marvic on.

    Re: rd03 bits.

Silencer could be a MIG? Thats what fitted to my RD03.

The RD03 headlamp protector is discontinued by Honda and I know David Silver and CMSNL don't have any, as I emailed them both about 4 weeks ago.

Don't despair, they do come up on eBay every now and then, just be patient OK.

    Re: rd03 bits.

Sorry off topic but here is my £2 exhaust refurb. Bought an old carbon fibre can and ends from a car boot for £2 then removed the old ali cover and replaced.

I't wasn't a Mig - definitely Mar..... or is it Marving?

Hmmm, maybe I should put on my KERKER from my old Kawa Z1000R ELR.
There is something very nostalgic about the old exhaust systems from the eighties

    Re: rd03 bits.

I forgot... the RD03 is somewhat sensitive when it comes to silencers.

I would strongly recomend you to check the plugs after running with the new exhaust.
You do not want it to run to lean.

There are aftermarket silencers for the RD03 in Germany.
They sometimes pop up on German Ebay.

Here are some more things to look at:

    Flip-up screen XRV 650 Bikeshop-Online

    Crash protection XRV 650 Bikeshop-Online

Luggage frame Hepco & Becker XRV 650 Bikeshop-Online

Honda XRV650 Exhaust Slip On Exhaust

Transalp 600 silencer should fit KLE500 Laser ProDuro Road 2-1 System - Suitable for Honda XL 600 (Transalp) XRV 750 (Africa Twin) Kawasaki KLX 650 Suzuki DR 650 DR 750 (DR Big) DR 800 (DR Big) Yamaha XT 600 XT 600 XT 600 (Tenere SHL) XT 600 (Tenere THL)

So just check the web, and look for parts labeled XRV650, or XRV 650, or RD03, and several options comes up.

    Good luck.
