    Suzuki GN 125

I'm selling the GN to get something bigger.

    Details as follows:

    2004 registration, 4 previous owners.
8932 KM (5550 miles) on the clock - it's not a foreign import but the speedometer has KM on the outside and miles on the inside. I have the last few MOT certificates to support the mileage
    124CC - learner legal

    In very good condition
    - the sprocket and chain was replaced in October 2011 and has been well maintained since (lubed every time it's used and cleaned once every 4 weeks)
    - front brake pads and brake fluids changed last September
    - new oil and air filters June 2011 and oil changed at the same time
    - everything in good working order
    - high mpg
    - MOT until September
    - taxed until December
    - body work is fine but there is a tiny dent on the tank and a scrape at the end of the exhaust pipe

brilliant commuter or learner bike. Really low insurance and road tax (£17.50 for the latter) and very cheap to run. It's also fine for winter.

    Name: bike 002.jpg
Views: 2473
Size: 205.9 KBIt's being listed for £1100 ONO.

If anyone is interested/wants to view/wants more photos let me know

Shame you didn't put Suzuki in the title, at first I though you were selling a Chinese bike. I'm sure they do a GN just like they do a Honga or what ever it is Edit: maybe it is the GN engine they copy in China and that is where i got it from? I could be going mad of course

It's not a case of whether we can fix it or not - it's more a case of how fixed would you like it?

I suppose someone had to lower the tone!

I'm looking at a ZXR-ZX but haven't totally given up on a ZX-6. So I'll probably get the former for a bit and change.

Make sure you have a go on one of these types of bike M.

Leaning forward like that in traffic becomes uncomfortable.

    Good luck with the search.

    P.S. What cc?

At my size leaning forward against the fuel tank is normal!

All joking aside I have sat on a few sports bikes and it feels fine. To be fair I'm not going to use it for commuting either. Not with those bloody maniac cab drivers in London they do U-turns everywhere. Bet that wouldn't happen on a shorter route

Thank you for the advice though. I'm going to end up with a 400cc as insurance in this postcode at my stage is eye watering
