    DR600 aquisition

I've bought a DR600. It's in really good condition despite being stored outside under a cover for six years. I haven't tried to start it yet since I need to get rid of the old petrol and change the oil first, and this leads me to my first question:

How do I change the oil? It may seem a strange question, but I'm used to Hondas, and this is my first Suzuki with valves....... I've bought the filter but haven't yet worked out where it goes - Is it in the bottom by removing the screws around the drain plug, or is it on the right hand side near the clutch linkage?

Next question - What are the valve clearances?

Sorry for what might be simple answers, but there isn't much out there about these bikes.

I bought this to have some fun with while restoring my XT500, since my mates in our South Staffs VJMC section are ribbing me about never having anything roadworthy........!
