New Owner of DRZ 400SM

Just bought myself a DRZ 400SM, 2008(5, which I collect on Saturday. If anyone has intimate knowledge of this type I'd welcome any advice or tips about them. Currently in mechanically standard condition but am keen to have a little 'tinker' with any performance mods available. Again, any advice welcome.

Fit a scottoiler asap.
Fit nifty suzuki handguards and useful backrack.
Consider a larger fuel tank.

Fitted some of these onto a friend's DRZ recently.He'd had to pay loadsamoney for a new radiator due to a stone having gone right through and damaging it beyond repair.He paid £15 for each side mesh.Fitted perfectly.
