    DR parts

Apart from Wemoto, where do people get genuine replacement parts?

One of my foot pegs has gone wobbly. I will take it apart to look but I assume I need to replace the rubber mounts.

Cheers Yen, discovered I was already registered with them so must have bought something before.

    Have ordered what I need.

    Re: DR parts

In exactly 12 months I will be buying a new main bike. However I will be keeping my AT. This means my DR350 (which is currently off the road) will have to make way to give me room in the garage. I broke the last one and will probably do the same with this one. If you've still got yours then I'll let you know first. Can't remember what type you had, was it kick or electric start?

    Re: DR parts

I get most of my parts from Fowlers mainly because I always use genuine oil filters etc, for brake pads, chains etc I scour ebay for quality parts at cheap prices.

Just returned from a two day trail ride up to Bala in North Wales and back to Bristol on Doris MK5, still in love with DR's

Have you named my ex Doris MK3, I think Meesh refered to her as excitable suzy !!

    Re: DR parts

It's a 98 electric start model (SEX!) with an Acerbis tank (one tap leaks when switched on but not when turned off) and Renthal Dakar High bars plus the original tank. It is missing the chain and the battery is dead.

I also have a spare set of wheels (with discs, sprocket and tyres fitted, the front tyre is worn out on the spares though) from my original 1990 kickstart model. I believe they fit the 98 as well. one careful owner....NOT!

    Re: DR parts

I have found a company called Robinson's who stock all sprts of genuine Suzuki parts no matter how random (try a rounnd grommet with a square hole). Their number is 01227 454 366, website www.robinsonsfoundry.co.uk.
    MR2 16v 2L, Suzuki GN 125 (but I dream of a GSX-R750 sigh........one day... ) a broomstick.
