Not as easy as you might think
You know i saw a hospital bed not long ago lying somewhere and i cant remember where (not a hospital)
My advice? don't bother. Look in Classic Bike, SAL Easylift, SAL Home or call Barry 07973 286810. He will do one for £290 inc delivery. He advertises in the reconditioning section. Having said that I made mine for free from stout wood and sterling board but I do have to load by ramp which my son or neighbour helps with. A bike bench revolutionises maintenance, I also use a stool when the bike is not on the bench. Both methods don't 'arf save your back.
i bought water/oil proof foam mat at the bristol classic bike show a couple of years ago it makes groveling on the ground a lot more comfortable,it is
summat like this
