Jasonbc has a new toy

I was offer this in work this week and just couldn't say no, it's th ebest freebee i've had in a very long time. It's old but works well comes with 2 chucks, face plate and some other bits and peices just got to find some space in the next month or so i fathers garage for it to live properly then wire it in and see what happens. I think the tailstock may need shimming slightly it's a 1920's super realm and all i need to get is a few tip tools and see what happens...

Result Jase , will last longer than the chinese things that are around now, there is a guy in bude with an engineering company , he has a ruddy great old screwcutting lathe with Property of British nuclear fuels on a plate on the side, he reckons it will outlast himself
