    GIVI E41 panniers

A big hello to everyone (my first posting)
I am thinking of getting a pair of GIVI E41 panniers plus the tubular mounting frame for my 2002 Transalp. Does anyone known what the pillion foot rest clearance is like i.e. can the pillion still sit comfortable on the bike?
Any other recommendations for hard luggage - GIVI preferred as I already have the E52 Maxima.
    Cheers Tim

    Welcome to the forum

I ran with E21's for a short time but never take passengers on the back so can't answer your question. Can't see of any problems though.

I know a few members here have E21's and I'm sure one will be along soon.............................................. .

i always wanted to put side panniers but for givi e21, do you need to change into givi wingrack plus the side racks?

Plus i was wondering if it is possible to modify a varadero 1k hepco becker side rack to fit into transalp?

    thanks

If you take a look at the soft luggage thread there are some pics of my ta with givi 45 litre panniers ongivi frames. Might give you a better idea.

Thanks for all the replies I have bitten the bullet and ordered a pair of GIVI E41's and tubular frame holder. I let you know how I get on fitting them and post some pictures on my web site.
