    no indicators

This is my other dilemma, are you sitting comfortable children?
A few weeks back my bro in law fitted my remus race can to my ta, it required some welding mods to the link pipe as it was intended for a 650,looks and sounds the nuts. The welding was done in situ so the battery was disconnected, but after all was done all electrics bar the indicators worked.
Checked the bulbs, fuses, switch and even replaced the relay but still no indicators. The switch and relay are good as you can hear it clicking open and shut in the relay when the switch is operated. Is there any hidden inline fuses or relays, or failing that any ideas what is needed to trace the problem. Is it a case of tracing all wires and checking for power/earthing? If thats the case i will need an expert as i dont do electrics.
    Chers again

    Hi Wab

Only thing I can think of is a trapped or burnt wire under the seat. On the 600 there are push fit connections near the tail rack.

Thinking about it, the flasher relay might have some electronic's inside which could have been fried. Just looked through the 600 wiring diagram and if its a 2 pin relay, shorting the two wires together should bring the lamps on without flashing.
Another thing to check if you have a multi-meter or 12V tester is with indicators turned on you should have 12V between one wire on the relay and the bikes frame / battery -ve and the other wire should be connected to earth, test it on ohm setting on the meter. Have you disconnected an earth wire fitting the pipe.

If you don't understand any of the above cr*p PM your phone number and I'll talk you through it.
