Same fella has got some Touratech Wirth fork springs. I have asked him if they are 600 or 650 and to say what the TT part numbers are for both.

He says the crash bars are definitely for the 650 as that's what he bought them for and confirmed the part number as 05-051-0550-0. Its reasonably safe to assume the forks springs are also for a 650 but I have asked to confirm part numbers.

I probaly won'tbe bidding for either item unless they look like they might go real cheeeeeep

I offered him 65 quid, and he snorted with derision. I've actually got some on order with Touratech, but if they're going to take 4 years to be delivered I might cancel. Fed up with Touratech. Nice kit, but hellish dear and you can't get it.

I'm keen on his fork springs, exhaust and low seat. I'm currently watching them all, but if any one here bids, please let me know, I'm not getting into a bidding war with anyone over these bits.

The springs would be £70.25 +P+P new from Touratech, seats seem to come up for £30-50 ish, the pipe is probably around £90 top wack on ebay. (IMHO!)

I was thinking of throwing a bid in on the bars, but like Mudwiz, I'd prefer to back off rather than getting into a bidding war with someone on this site. They're currently at £62.55 and still haven't reached the reserve price, I'm thinking it might be better to go directly to Touratech, but Dessert Storm's tale of growing old waiting for his bars to show up isn't encouraging, I'd like to be able to fit a set over Christmas, which is my only opportunity, the rest of the time I'm relying on the bike to get me to work.

He said he was open to offers so I offered him £75 for the bars. He said he might let them go for £95 (too close to the new price for me) so I offered £85 which he didn't respond to. I then bid £85 on ebay but I guess that wasn't enough to make reserve. But I'm still highest bidder. If anyone wants to bid more than that go for it - I won't be bidding more.

David Silver has OE low seats for £39.95 at the moment here so £30-£50 for a 'pre-owned' one is pretty generous!

Why can't I get that URL to show properly

This guy is obviously looking for what he paid, Touratech are selling these bars at 134.48 EUR which is 90.9394 GBP, 95 quid is over the new price, why would anyone pay more than new ?
