I don't see that £463 is better than £443. B&C's price is delivered, including VAT. But it's your money.....

It seems that you haven't even decided whether to buy the bike yet, but you're looking to increase the power. If it's not quick enough now then don't buy it - as others have said any mods will make a minimal difference to the power so if you want something faster, buy something faster in the first place!

Pretty much agree with what others have said - as often as not, bolt-on mods do little other than make more noise and LOSE power or flexibility. Exhaust design is an exact science, with gas velocity and extraction of exhaust gas and induction of the next charge crucial to the performance characteristics of each engine and closely linked to exhaust length, diameter and pressure. I'm not suggesting that exhaust mods never work, but IMO there is a bit more to it than just bolting on an aftermarket pipe. How many sportsbike owners have you seen, proud as punch of their unobtanium termigwhatevers, with their bike clearly running like a dog. Sorry if this is teaching granny to suck eggs.

Having said all that, there probably is a fair amount of additional power to be had from the TA engine; if you do a google on Hawk GT tuning, you'll see from various US sites that 60 - 65bhp is fairly readily available from this engine, with racers getting up to 90. In that application, it's only got two main bearings (don't know if that's the case with version in TA), which ultimately seems to be the upper limiting factor. I think a 65bhp TA would be perfect.

As others have said, maybe you're looking at the wrong bike? £3900 puts you in Tiger, R1100GS, CapoNord, Varadero, and Navigator territory. All very capable bikes and considerably quicker than the TA, but also all considerably bigger and heavier. Sorry to bang on at such length (Climbs down off soapbox)
