Givi Plate On Top On Honda Top Box Plate ?

My transalp came with a grey colour Honda top box plate but did not have the top box, I have a spare givi metal plate just wonder would it be ok to bolt directly on top of the honda plate ?

OR remove the Honda plate then fit GIVI plate above the grabrail ?

I have mine directly on top of the Honda plate, longer cap head allen bolts required though as a socket won't fit in for a hex head type.
