try www.intobikes.co.uk , I run a 14t front (-1) and a 49 rear (+1), makes the bike feel a lot quicker, but its really hard to hit the ton! Works a treat in the sticky/slippy stuff though, and is much better on steep downhills.

The sprockets are by Afam, and seam to wear well, even abused with sand etc. I run mine with any old o ring 525 chain, with a clip link, currently Triple S brand?

OK, cheer's mudwiz, I'll check it out.
As for struggling to hit the ton, try it on an Alp with no fairing... (come to think of it you probably have!!!)

Naked front end with a mx high mudguard, high narrow bars! Shakes its head a bit, but it can be done. Just need to keep your weight right forwards, lean back and cover 3 lanes in 1 go!!

(Hence fully faired up again! No more Translap!!)

Which 1 will come out to play for the National??

What has been done to all the original yards of wiring when removing the fairing? Has it been shortened or tucked away somehow?

Have you mounted replacement lights/clocks on the front subframe mount or is it all on the triple clamps?

Some kind of quick(ish) change system between the 2 setups would be good, without permanent demolishing of the original setup.

At the mo, the bike is just as quarryman (Mark) adapted it after it was dropped, no subframe, aftermarket headlight (which is crap!) mounted onto fork mounted brackets all the wiring is left stock & bundled up and hidden behind a plastic box bolted to a homemade frame.
Revs, speed & fuel is looked after by an Acewell computer.

It's funny but the bike feels wicked with no fairing, in a supermoto kinda way, less to worry about when on tracks, only disadvantage is sustained high speeds.

It'll be at the National in it's current trim (before a winter makeover )

I dare say the original clocks could stay with the subframe and just graft on an aftermarket headlight if you fancy going naked!

For anyone interested, I have posted a couple of pic's on the post "Another New Bike" where you can make out the box hiding the tangled mess of wires
