GIVI Engine guard & Honda Mainstand

I would like to know if Honda Mainstand and Givi Engine guard are compatible ?

Should be OK. Givi have recently modified their crashbar kit to accommodate centre stands (supplied bolt is longer).
I have just fitted Givi bars on my Alp which has an SW Motech centre stand and it's fine. I can't see that any centre stands will be any different and Givi's website just mentions "centre stands", not any specific brands, so I reckon you'll be fine. Hope this helps?
