Cooling liquid Leak - XLV650 - help needed

I recently change my cooling liquid with Valvoline Permafluid extreme.
At the same time i started to have leak of cooling liquid from the small cylinder which you can see at the picture.
Can i change this part without dissasembly the cylinders of the engine.
Can i only change the O'rings so maybe the proble is solved?
What do you suiggest me to do ?

    Thanks in advance ,
    George

Put some Radweld or similar coolant system leak-sealer in it. Cheap, easy and quick. Only if that doesn't work should you be looking at a more major strip and rebuild, but I doubt it'll come to that.
