wheeliebin- that makes the TA look rather cool. Well tempted to mod mine, however a few questions.

Do you get any noticeable front fork flex due to the additional leverage caused by the increased leg length to the bottom yoke? My old jacked up DT175MX suffered with this, although it's forks were made from drinking straws.

Do you have any problem with front hydraulic brake line length and speedo cable length?

Does the chain still clear the top of the swinging arm pivot?

I guess to do this you need to remove the sub chamber?

    cheers

Russ, haven't notice anything out of the ordinary as of yet.

You can get away with leaving brake lines and speedo cable as stock, but when the front end of fully extended, (off the ground) they are fully streched but not like bowstrings.

For piece of mind, i'm fitting an RD07 Africa Twin speedo cable and have switched the brake line clamps around on the fork legs, giving more slack.

    Standard

    Swopped around

The rear end does have the chain running on the swinging arms chain guide when unloaded, but just runs off it once aboard.

The rear subchamber needs to be removed or trimmed close to give clearance for the swinging arm.
